Select Health Care Services, Inc. is a nurse-owned and operated home health agency.  We service clients in the greater Houston metropolitan area and surrounding counties.

Our client population varies from pediatric to geriatric patients.  We provide a wide variety of service to support the client's ability to maintain optimal independence in the home environment.

We assist in coordinating supplies and medical equipment.

All services are provided under physician's orders, and are coordinated with your insurance company.
